How are the letters delivered?
We offer two ways to receive your tarot letter:
– Digital Letters: Delivered as a personalised PDF to your inbox within 1–3 business days.
– Keepsake Letters: Printed on premium parchment, sealed with care, and mailed within 3–5 business days, with shipping times depending on your location.
Can I get both digital and physical versions?
Yes — simply select the Keepsake Edition at checkout to receive both the PDF by email and the printed letter by post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we mail Keepsake Letters worldwide. Shipping is free within Australia and a flat rate of $9.50 AUD internationally.
What are the shipping times?
– Australia: 3–8 business days (standard, untracked)
– International: 7–21 business days (standard, untracked)

Can I choose the tarot deck?
Yes — after checkout, you can select from our curated collection of 17 tarot decks or simply choose “intuitive” and let the right one choose you.
What if I don't know what to ask?

Can I include a dedication or gift message?
Absolutely. Many of our letters are gifted to loved ones. You can share names, dedications, or special context after checkout.
Can I add something extra to my reading?

While we can't guarantee specific arrival dates (especially for mailed letters), you're welcome to let us know if you're ordering for a special occasion and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin working on your letter shortly after your order is placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help, but cancellations may not always be possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised, intuitive nature of these readings, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you have concerns, please contact us as we want you to feel supported.
