Due to the personalised and intuitive nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
– Digital tarot readings
– Written letters and rituals
– Spiritual enhancements (e.g. Ritual Touch, Sigils, Illustrated Insight)
These are made specifically for you and begin energetic creation upon order.
Pre-Loved / Reclaimed Shelf items are sold as-is and described to the best of our ability. All second-hand decks are cleansed, checked for completeness, and packaged with care. Refunds or returns are not available for reclaimed items unless they arrive significantly damaged in transit (photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery).
New Tarot Decks and Physical Goods
If you purchase a brand-new item and it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis for unused, unopened items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
